First step - Design Center!

Before KB does anything with the house all of your options have to be in place.  I'm told other builders are not like that but as this is my first 'new house' experience I have no comparison.

So what do we want in our house?  Well, I want to make sure that we have all of the same things we have in the house we're having to sell.  I want a pretty kitchen, a nice outside space, room for the kids and FIL and a place NOT in my living room for a TV.

So many options though!

Carpets and tiles and cabinets and granite, Oh My!

Kitchen Appliances: Kitchen Aid
Faucets: Arbor Oil Rubbed Bronze

So at this point - options are in and permits are being pulled.  And now we wait.

Next step is we will get a call from the construction engineer and start the  build!
